Here are a few F.A.Q.s (Frequently Asked Questions) and troubleshooting tips that may help your issue.


You cannot login to your Web Wallet

Try clearing your browsers cache and internet history, try another browser, make sure your browsers are fully updated, including plugins. If you are on a Android or Apple device use the same steps above including restarting your phone or tablet. Often completely closing the web page and starting with a fresh url will help.

If you have forgotten your password, click on “forgot your password” you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.Transferring TBC to another Wallet, the transfer is unconfirmed, taking a long time or cancelled.

Make sure the Wallet ID you are entering is correct with no spaces before or after the Wallet ID when sending TBC. Transactions can take 1-8 hours depending on web traffic. Example: if the Wallet ID entered is invalid the transaction can take up to 48 hours to cancel before the TBC is returned back to sender. If the transfer is cancelled the TBC will return to the sending wallet, if this occurs try sending the transaction again.

You are receiving “Something Went Wrong”

This error is often caused by the web wallet timing out, active sessions will time out in about 15 Minutes, so you may be required to login in again from https://tbc004.net.

Security Question/Answer Issues

Our Tech Team has done some research into this issue. You will only be challenged with your security question if you switch devices, browsers or login to a different wallet on the same device. Admin is aware of this issue and it’s advised that you remember your security question for each wallet, you will receive a suspension notice if you enter the wrong information too many times, all requests to restore security question will be investigated for discounting, scamming or potential fraud to protect member TBC Wallets. This activity resembles discounting, scamming and fraud, a member should be able to recall their security answer, however creating multiple wallets and moving TBC from Wallet to Wallet on tbc004 or the thebillioncoin.trade, can be tracked. If discounting is determined, a six month suspension will be levied. If scamming or fraud is determined, the TBC wallet will be banned

      Please exercise patience. We all experience due to the increased transaction activity on TBC block chain and its being handled by the Admin, so there is nothing to worry about.     Having a problem with my wallet 004 says my email not recognized but the new wallet 009 is valid. I did redeem. But my money is on pending status since 12 June 2018.
